  1. The following examples represent excerpts from bills using the same data, but
  2. different billing formats (available with ManageX III and IV).  Note that they
  3. differ chiefly in the amount of detail provided.  Format 2 gives only the ser-
  4. vice performed, while format 6 also gives the date, the time spent on the ser-
  5. vice, the intitials of the timekeeper, the timekeeper's rate, and the charge
  6. for each individual service.  The other formats provide degrees of detail bet-
  7. ween these extremes. Of course, all bills also contain opening & closing para-
  8. graphs, disbursement & receipt data, return addresses, and signature blocks.
